I have a friend who moved to a High Rise in GDL=Guadalajara, Mexico. OMG! he lives on the 22nd floor. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and it is much larger in size he bought it for $325,000 Us dollars cash and below there is a high-end Mall which is Magnificent and no Rob Mobs there. He retired and was a co-worker of mine and he is the second one who has moved there. The other one has a house there and it is Beautiful with a pool. The home is new and very modern, and it is in a gated community with a park. I want to buy a vacation home there hopefully soon. I retired in September in 2021. I love Vegas also and fly there three times a year to play. Planet Hollywood or MGM Grand is my second home.

Agreed if you are willing to live in another country then you can get more space but giving up being in the USA 🇺🇸 and what we have here is hard for me to consider.

@@TheBrokerLife But I have a house here in Los Angeles that I bought back in 1983 a 2 level 4bd and 3bth for $179,000 and now it is worth 1.2 million dollars. I have a rental property also, a 2bd and 2bth condo that I will sell soon. I will never move from my house. Only Vacation homes for me. I love Las Vegas, Palm Springs and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Love GDL, also but just to visit for now.
