Stripping the Claas Jaguar 900 then repairing the drum and blower rotors before assembling it aigain

3 жыл бұрынWe broke 4 blades while making grass silage.
Whe then had to strip off the drum and the blower to replace the drum and fix the blower.
We the fitted new blades, blower paddals and a couple of new ware plates.
We decided to do some paint work while we were at it.
She is up and running again like nothing ever happened.
Off to the next job...

I’m doing repair on my 850. Couple of new items I’m not used to. The accelerator bearing might be hard to do.

The reason the knives on the left hand side were the only ones getting sharpened was because there was too much play in your knife drum bearings and the belt was pulling up and back on the drum so the stone was hitting them first.

Возможно вы правы, но возможно направляющая пластина заточного камня была не соостна барабану, за 17 лет ремонтов 2случая было на 492х типах.

А возможно противорежущая в болтах сыграла, так как её надо подстукивать по краям в сторону двигателя.
