I guess there is some issue with video clip part explaining pca syndrome as it just explained about homolateral homonymous hemianopia and straight jumped to midbrain syndromes somehow the thalamus position was just not explained at all

I’m a practicing physiatrist in the Philippines and I’m currently reviewing for diplomate oral exams. I’ve been reading our book about stroke syndromes for half a day now and somehow I can’t remember anything after I finished the chapter. Just an hour of your lecture and I understood stroke syndromes. Thank you guys for simplifying difficult lectures. Keep it up, Zach & Ninja Nerds staff! 😊

You made a whole day worth of lecture understandable in the span of 1HR and 16 mins sir. thank you so much for this. Im currently taking a 15 minute break before proceeding to the basilar artery syndrome and just wanna say my appreciation for your existence and for this free lectures. Currently prepping for my NPTE and your lecture is definitely a God send blessing.THANK YOU SO MUCH

…you sir are a genius! I had a stroke in 2015, I’ve learned more from your lectures than all the doctors could tell me. Admittedly, they would have ‘dumbed down’ their communication to the masses level but nonetheless, I needed to know more and understand more. I’m much better now having recovered upwards of 98% of my motor abilities on my left side. Now at 64 years I’m still keen to regain the other 2%. Keep up the great work!

quickest hour of my life well-spent. I am currently in grad school to become a speech-language pathologist, and you did an awesome job of describing the function of Broca's and Wernicke's area and the aphasias that can result due to brain damage. Thank you for that! You will single-handedly be the reason I pass neuroanatomy.

Dr Murphy; an excellent presentation. One question: on your discussion of mca I did not get your mention of lenticulostriate artery and the internal capsule. Cortical branches would cause monoplegia and the striate would cause hemiplegia.
