I hope you go in to some more details on the head in the next episodes. 320i use 731 head, and what you show here is 885 head. What are the valve sizes, cam specs, what did you do to the ports and chamber?

Yep I used an S50 Crank and S50 Rods, Metric Mechanic Style Wiesco High Compression Pistons, 524 td oil pump, Competition port and polish, Ferrara Plus 1 valves, Billet rocker arms, Arp rod bolts, ARP head studs, South Bend Stage 2 clutch, lighted flywheel, Haltech 2500 Elite ECU and I have a set of Ramas 42 ITBS, with a dog leg transmission in my 1978 323i. Have yet to run the car due to issues with Megasquirt I went with the Haltech.

Look awesome, keep up a good work. I am also thinking about doing this kind of striker build on my m20 in close future. Could you tell me in what way was exactly machining done to the intake exhaust ports and combustion chamber. Was it just imperfection removal and polish or were you increasing the sizes?
