Mighty Joe, I really like and appreciate the direction you're going in with your strong grip ready segment. Everyday grip strength is both useful and at times crucial. Other than those who compete, the benefit of a powerful grip is terribly underestimated by many who are uninformed. This particular segment is very practical. It is very likely that one may have to defend themselves against an aggressor and a powerful grip can be used to grab and throw, seize or if need be break! Thank you for your efforts and I'm looking forward to future uploads.

Joe I like your idea! Keep on showing some self defense moves for us gripper guys! We spend so much time working our grip we need to learn how to apply it in a self defense mode! Thank you Sir !

Joe, i've a question about limitation of grip strength. For example, my both hands are small, not tiny, but small for a men and my fingers are quite short. Is it possible for me to reach strong grip strength or it is hopeless for me? Someone said to me, there is a genetic and anatomic limitation for grip strength. Is that true? Can you make a short video about this topic? And sorry for my bad english. Greetings from Germany, Frankfurt. :) PS: i like your vids. Already subscribed.

Thank you Joe! You're an inspiration for me and i'am sure i will benefit from your video tips. My basement for example is changing from a regular basement to a grip strength gym. I ordered some resistant bands, kettlebells and a bunch of heavy grip grippers. And i'm interested in armwrestling.

Hey! I also have the same "issue" but still I love training grip strength and you can achieve good numbers. I am 18 and yesterday I could fully close the CoC 1 thanks to armwrestling training
