Thanks for the video! I was unsure which one I should get (there is a 70, 80 and 90 kg version). And after seeing this, I bought the 80 kg one, as I don't like the handles of the 70 kg one, the 80 kg doesn't cost that much more than the 70 kg, and the 90 kg is quite a bit more expensive and after seeing the video, I'm very sure I won't max the 90 kg one out anyway.

Цена какая 90 кг
@eicydee32128 ай бұрын
@@sherzodbekganiyov1882When I was looking, the 80kg was about 55 € and the 90kg was about 85 €. This would be 30 € more for a resistance setting I'll likely never use. Now, the 90kg version even seems to be around 100€.

It's continuous. Goes from very loose to so difficult you ll struggle to make it budge much.

Nice tool, will be picking one up soon..

Dude used 2 hands to get started and not even a rep. It would have been impressive if he did 10 reps one hand.
I've been using the GD Iron 80 for about 1 year. Super high quality. Pricey, but worth it. There are 3 different width settings Great product.

Great video! I made the mistake and bought the silly Iron Neck contraption. I'm going to get a Neck Flex. I have an old Ironmind Hercules strap, which is great for flexion and extension with plates, but I can't do lateral movements with it.
