Correction. It is true that Leon and Chloe are otherworlders but they aren't summoned otherworlders they are what you called Stray Otherworlders. I thought that happend to Leon only and he tried to summon chole, she was summoned just like the children, and rimi had to use spirits to make sure they don't die from all there magic energy. And chronora which was the future self of chole/her skill that traveled to different time lines to save rimi. Same reason dablio wanted to meet him after touching the mask when he was fighting shizue.

Hence led to Leon to try to summon Chloe again not knowing that Chloe was 300 years in the future. Hence his failed attempt.

I few corrections: Kagali's Ultimate Gift (Skill) was given to her by Ciel, so she didn't have it prior to the Tenma war. Kagali doesn't create golems, she creates a type of undead. (Correction: she also creates golens, but the demon lord seed líke creatures are the undeads) Fenn is actually the strongest in EV out of the three brothers. Dagruel's EV is around 40M. Luminous had to learn during battle how to handle time stop. Dino's angelic skill name is Astarte, Belphegor is his demonic skill. There are in fact 14 angelic skills, the 7 virtues being the most powerful. Shion was able to resist Clayman's control thanks to her skill perfect memory, not Master Chef. Update: Gaia is a clone of Veldanava, you can consider them as a Milim's siblim, but they aren't. Attacks that use the nihility energy are actually the only type that can harm Dagruel.

You have one mistake though. Michael can't control any Sin Series or Demon Series skill. Instead the Sin Series is the counter against the Angelic Series and Virtue Series skills. If one possesses a Virtue or Angelic Series skill along with having a Sin or Demon Series skill they can prevent themselves from being controlled by Michael's Regalia Dominion.

It was just Ciel or Raphael at that time created a way to breach that restrictions and manage to evolve the others into a true demon lord with more soul required. You see the moment an individual got a soul connection they are considered a subordinate or part of Genealogy of that person that's what happened to Guy and Rimuru which requires more soul for their demon lord seed subordinates to evolve into a true demon with Raphael breaching the VOTW rule. In regards to Carrion and Frey they aren't part of Milim's Genealogy and already possess a name from the beginning that's why they only required 10,000 souls for their own evolution. Besides the required soul for evolving into a demon lord varies from person to person. Also if one uses more soul during their evolution affects the evolved individual's strength for example Guy after destroying the Super Magic Empire he uses more soul to evolve into a True Demon resulting in him having a higher count of magicule from the beginning. You see the soul for those who evolved had significant buff for someone who's about to evolve.

1. Guy's Prideful king Lucifer can read skills like Rimuru's Analyse and assess but weaker because he has no Ciel. 2. You don't get stronger by consuming more souls before awakening into Demon Lord, Milim was already stronger than all Demon Lords, except Rimuru and Guy combined. 3.
