I demonstrate how to tie the Bimini twist the only 100% strong knot in the world! I use it for both fresh and saltwater! In fresh water with light 4-10 line, it provide a 100% strong knot with a double line for a leader which is now twice as strong! No other knot can compare!

already have caught a 30# Blue Cat off of these (going to try to get a 60#+ next year). kzfaq.infoUgkxzXmlErSqVAEGWFEKO530BvTqFDw53QW3 Definitely very strong, and sharp. Additionally, the gap is wide enough to actually hook a fish (not always the case with circle hooks). I purchased the 8/0, but probably should have got the 9/0 (they seem slightly smaller than other 8/0 hooks). Additionally, having the point in-line helps if you drift fish. I have yet to get a serious snag with one of these hooks.

I've known the Bimini twist for years, but I didn't know that anyone used it for tying on a single bait. I thought it was just for making two lines for two hooks or jigs. I'll give that some thought. I like light line. Good one, Sir.

What a treat to have Roland making all of these videos! Our education and Roland's enthusiasm never stop! Roland --- these are honestly better than any of your previous television shows (which were great too). These may not be as polished, but they are much more intimate and they allow you to provide so many details that you never could before. These videos are an absolute treasure trove for both information and reminding us all of the joy of fishing. In Roland language ... "Folks" this is a lifetime of knowledge you're getting here ... and when it comes to KZfaq 10lb keeper videos, "these are what I'm talkin' about Son!!!"

Great demo! I’m a fan of the Bimini even for braid, I’ll use an fg for most of my outfits but some heavy game and live bait setup’s that used to run plait’s are now the Bimini and never went back! I’ll Finnish with a rizzuto or just use a loop to put the tag under like binding thread
