On this channel I film most of my struggles, I'm not that open in real life though. I'm not promoting any kind of (eating) disorder, I'm just documenting my life. I am sorry to hear that you were struggling…I struggle with binge urges too…it sucks! One thing that helps me sometimes is imagining how I will feel if I DON’T binge, rather than how I will feel if I do. It leads to more positive emotions for me. You got this! Sending you good vibes!

Good job planning out what to eat! I think even when you don't have an ed it's a nice thing to do so that you don't get stressed
