Tip for when the tarantula gets stuck in the cliff Do a charge at them and it will jump at you and you catch them while in mid air.The trick is also really good in general when wanting to catch tarantulas fast. It doesn't work for scorpion since they don't jump,but I'm sure the timing on the catch can be changed and it'd still work the same

Lmao tip for catching bugs, have a marker point of where you think your net will land so you don’t get too close or swing too early. When I am catching a bug on a tree for example I use the reference point of “if I stand just a little bit past the tree’s shadow/on this triangle marking on the grass, when I swing it will land on the beetle” or something. It sucks so much to swing and be too far away or too close lol. You should also swing ASAP though, because being hesitant for too long they might notice you which is also kind of daunting

These videos make it seem like tarantulas/scorpions are gonna be a common problem I havent seen a tarantula since the first night I played it... I didnt have blathers at my island yet so I sold it, thinking I would just see them often at night but uhhh my nights are pretty tame and boring lol
