I really wanted to let you know how much of a difference you have made with my disordered eating, I wish I had your content growing up as a teenager and in my twenties, it would have saved me from misery with dieting. Thankyou Linda for reminding me not just to love my body when they are look good but to love them even more when they are not. I'm still in the process of loving myself and adapting a healthy lifestyle, also in the process of doing it for myself and not for others because there are times I have this mindset of pleasing people and prone to pressure because everyone glow up like physically except me. But your videos remind me to be happier in the process and still enjoy food and generally in life. 💜

This video was such an inspiration for me. I’ve been struggling with body figure for some time. To the point that I gave up. I was eating at 3 pm and then at 10pm and that was it.
