It's hard to believe it's been so long that a game to replace TF2 came out, had a full run of development, lapsing of updates, relaunching and a fuck up which has put it on the course of a slow and terrible death spiral, and yet the Pyro is still the strongest class in the game.

I can't believe I'm crying at a TF2 video. Star, you and your tf2 videos got me through a lot in life. I started watching in 2012 and I have been rewatching ever since. These videos are my happy place, I always come back to them when life gets rough. These videos got me through highschool, college exams, deaths of friends and family, breakups, friendships coming to an end, financial hardships, depressive eras. When I started watching I was a 16 year old who was just starting to figure out who I was. I am now a happy 27 year old man. I have a great job as a highschool math teacher, engaged to my dream girl, have a wonderful dog and have amazing friends. I don't want to get parasocial but you and these videos mean the world to me Star. They are a rock when I need them and I cannot thank you enough

1:00 "Why is everyone capable of playing this game?" That is such a mood. The few times that I tried to get back into TF2 since the early 2010's when I used to play with moderate frequency are so stark with how everyone else has continued to get better versus either stagnating or getting worse from unfamiliarity. Presently going through it with a game I really enjoy, Hunt: Showdown, after a year long hiatus. I've gotten better at shooters theoretically, but everyone who hasn't stopped playing Hunt is also *a lot better*.

I actually can't believe my eyes that I'm seeing Star_ AND JERMA play TF2 again. It's insane, it's like Christmas morning every day, it's every kid's dream watching these two. Thank you for all of the great moments and for all of the beautiful memories you provided Star_ and Jerma. You're the best of this community. I think my favourite reocurring "joke" in this video is ster landing 2 beautiful back-2-back rocket jumps, landing in the middle of a bunch of guys, and then the plankton "I never thought i'd get this far" clip essentially plays in the background as he gets obliterated. also the whole muscle memory taunt thing, which i think rings true for many of us.
