So don't spoil your life. be regular to university or switch your visa to work permit if you don't want to continue your study . As the UK is accepting that you can switch your visa from tier 4 to a skilled worker visa...

Home office will send you an email… to leave the country with 60 days or make another application. To make sure you can check your status online… until you get an email.
