Hoping the foot is feeling better, I was in recovery for over a year with my ankle & yes, those kneeling scooters are a God-sent! I stupidly climbed up on a kitchen stool & when I stretched too far, it gave out & I went straight down! Busted up the talas bone, destroyed the cartilage, scared the surgeon who is the one that the UW Badgers go to & all she does is feet & ankles... Four hours of surgery to fuse bones together & over a year of recovery later I'm doing much better & coming up on the two-year anniversary so I TOTALLY empathize with foot surgery of any kind!
