Dajjal is the Arabic name for antichrist. Jesus is our saviour in Islam. Of course it's not the mahdi. All we know about him is he comes and his blessing from God unites the Muslim ummah. Islam has many radicals who misinterpret the Quran and us who interpret the Quran correctly. As love submission praise and obedience to God and only God. As well as love and kindness to all people. Islam is not permitted to do harm or slander any person religion or even religious place of worship. The Mahdi is not spoke of in the Quran only in Hadith which are the words of prophet Mohamed (pbuh). The beast is said to mark the believers in God as believers in God. And there is no difference between Allah Yawah and God. There is only one God

Your problem is you think he’s saying the Mahdi is the Antichrist in the Quran. No, we’re saying according to the BIBLE the characteristics of the BIBLICAL ANTICHRIST match perfectly with the characteristics of the Mahdi in Islam. That’s the point, so your comment is irrelevant because that’s not what we’re saying at all. You’re the one who’s mistaken and intertwining everything by looking through one lens. If you read the prophecies of the Antichrist IN THE BIBLE, you would say “wait a minute, that sounds like my Mahdi”.

Friends, this post is based on a scenario where Islamic eschatology is fulfilled. The Al-Maseeh al-Dajjaal (Antichrist) whom Islam expects at the end of time (the one described as being blind on one eye according to some hadiths) is a MYTH. Why? Because the REAL and divisive issue of the end times will be the GOSPEL, CROSS and the DEITY of JESUS. The Gospel was not a book sent from heaven by Allah to Jesus, as some would naively believe, but it is a lived experience of what Jesus did and this account was given by his disciples whom he spent years with. If Islamic eschatology is fulfilled, the opponent whom Islam will face at his second coming is the real CHRIST of the Gospel-who was CRUCIFIED on the CROSS-and not the Al-Maseeh al-Dajjal Islam teaches. There may as well be a side-show of a battle in Syria or elsewhere where some rebel is captured and paraded as the Dajjal but that WON'T be the real Dajjal nor the defining issue of the end times! Will the Mahdi and Prophet Isa have the antichrist (Al-Maseeh al-Dajjaal) spirit? What is the criteria for determining an antichrist? "Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is ANTICHRIST who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." [I John 2:22‭-‬23] THIS IS MY OWN VIEW OF HOW THIS COULD UNFOLD! Using the above antichrist criteria, the Mahdi-helped by Prophet Isa-COULD be the real Al-Maseeh al-Dajjaal because he will strongly oppose the testimony of Jesus (the Son of God who gave his life for many) and he will exalt himself above the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob! IT'S A SWITCH!

WHAT should bother Muslims and Christians is that what Islamic escatology says ALLAH, the MAHDI and PROPHET ISA will do, IS EXACTLY what the 650-1 400 year earlier prophecies (Mostly from Hebrew scripture: Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Zechariah Mathew and Revelations) say the trinity of SATAN (the DRAGON), 1st BEAST and the FALSE PROPHET will do in the end times! A reverse-engineered version of the bible prophecy is what Islamic eschatology teaches (which shouldn't be surprising and muslims wouldn't know because they've been deceived by the god of this world from seeking the truth). Clear evidence can be provided to show that parts of the hadiths were lifted from the book of Revelations and then misrepresented. According to the prophecy of Revelations 13, Satan (the Dragon) will claim to be God through the visible Antichrist/1st Beast who will be supported by a False Prophet performing miracles. Scripture refers to the Antichrist as the "son of perdition" [2 Thessalonians 2:3]. The Antichrist will not be his god but a visible manifestation of his god. Satan (the DRAGON) will imitate the ONENESS of the trinity of God: [1] FATHER, [2] SON OF GOD [3] HOLY SPIRIT In the last days, according to the hadiths, Allah empowers and actively works with the Mahdi and Prophet Isa. The Quran [4:171] makes a mockery of the trinity of God but in the realm of possibility, for all practical purposes, this trinity could be: [1] DRAGON (Allah) [2] 1st Beast/Antichrist/SON OF PERDITION (the Mahdi) [3] 2nd Beast /False prophet/Ruh/HOLY SPIRIT of Allah [Qur’an, 21:91] (Prophet Isa)). This is how the book of Revelations gives an insight into the ONENESS of this trinity: "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the DRAGON, and out of the mouth of the BEAST, and out of the mouth of the FALSE PROPHET. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty." Revelation 16:13‭-‬14 KJV The Holy Spirit gives glory to the Son and is referred to as the Helper. Isa will give glory to the Mahdi and serve to HELP the Mahdi. According to the hadiths, when Isa returns to the earth close to the white minaret east of Damascus before Fajr time, the Mahdī and others will ask him to lead them in prayer but he will refuse saying, 'Your Imām (the Mahdi) should lead,as a grace from Allāh.” "... he (Isa) will accede to the authority of the Khalīfah at the time, the Mahdī."
