Hello friends, thanks for dropping by!
In this studio vlog, you'll be spending the weekend with me shopping for new stuff and cleaning the house. Most importantly, I'll be reviewing a bunch of brands like Avery, Online Labels, Evergreen Goods, and Canon to see which is the best for making stickers and art prints!
When I decided to start making my own stickers and prints, I was looking all around the Internet for reviews but not many people did a video of it. Thus, I wanna help you guys who're struggling in dilemma as to which brand to use :D

Ah this is my usual setting with glossy/matte vinyls Kisscut: blade 3 pressure 12 Diecut: blade 3 pressure 30 Premium matte one with thicker backing: Kisscut: blade 3 pressure 14 Diecut: blade 5 pressure 21 passes 2x Glossy/matte+overlay: Kisscut: blade 5 pressure 25 Diecut: blade 5 pressure 30 passes 2x Premium matte+overlay: Kisscut: blade 5 pressure 22 Diecut: blade 5 pressure 33 passes 2x

TY for the standard matte online labels one. I thought it'll be crappy paper but you said you use it, so I guess the feel isn't too bad!

Thanks for testing! If only some brands (not in this video) didn't have a watermark on the back, would be perfect for a sticker shop sometimes haha! Thanks for reviewing these brands. I never heard of evergreen goods until your video and I want to try it too!

Ah thank you! Had heard of Evergreen before yet to see it compared to Online Labels, will definitely try it. I've had to constantly saturate out my colors when I make stationary sticker tests for my shop and it just turns out so plain that it's stopped me from doing another shop update because I don't see it being a great option to have available if it's going to be duller compared to the print out.

You're welcome! Glad I could help :D Yeah, Evergreen is the one that come closes to the colors on screen, you should give it a try! Make sure to set your canvas on CMYK. or in my case, I use CMYK on Procreate then RGB on photoshop when I print it.

@@bunnycreams_studio Oh yeah! Thank you for reminding me, need to do that on clip studio. Maybe that will help as well since the print outs have been better but I do enjoy using vinyl sticker sheets.

I just wanted to remind you, that the standart matte from online labels is paper and the evergreen one shown in the video is vinyl. Mette vinyl is generally smoother than normal label paper. :)

@@josie3779 Ah yes I did know that c: thank you. Have seen people do nice printouts with online labels though but I do prefer vinyl, already ordered some since I'm low on sticker supplies.

Hello! Lovely video, thanks for sharing all this useful information. Did you use the same printer settings on all these kinds of papers? Would love to learn more about your actual printing process. I have a canon printer and sometimes struggle to get the right colors.

Hi there! glad it helps ;) I used the same setting for all matte papers which is Media Type - Matte photo paper and high Print Quality. for Glossy papers I use Glossy Photo Paper.

I cant find waterproof paper Labels on evergreen, did you use the vinyl ones?

Yup it’s the vinyl, just look under the inkjet compatible and look for the one that says inkjet only. Not inkjet/laser

I ordered the evergreen paper, because I could get 100 sheets for 38€ and the online label ones for about 80€ after tax, shipping and customs

Hi! Thanks for the review, I had never heard of Evergreen before so I’m going to try them out. Do you have any tips for print settings when using OnlineLabels standard matte? When I send my art from Procreate into my design software (Silhouette Studio) the colors do not show up the same as they did on my iPad, and when I print they look awful, so dull and dark compared to the vibrant colors I had on my iPad screen. I have heard of RGB and CMYK settings within Procreate and how some printers only use CMYK, but the colors I’m using in my art don’t exist in CMYK so I don’t know how to rectify that. I don’t have Photoshop. Can you help in any way?

Hi! Hope you'll like evergreen too :) I used RGB for all my drawings actually. In this case, I calibrated my monitor's color to look like the print version. That way I can edit the color again outside the silhouette studio or using the built in color editor.

I'm using canon pixma ts9560! I'm not sure about other brand but from what I saw artists usually use either canon or epson for printing stickers and art prints. Is it the standard matte or the waterproof one?

Lovely video 🙏🏼I went to evergreens site and found normal matte stickerpaper and then waterproof one. However the waterproof one is more expensive and overall I just need the matte one. Do you think the matte normal one would feel differently? I worry that it is more papery than the one you tried, but I can’t ask anyone and maybe you tried both 🤍

8:39 Hi, how did you get to cut the whole sheet of sticker, I thought Cricut only limits the side to 9.25"x6.75. It would be great to hear some tips on utilizing the whole sheet of 8.5 x 11-inch paper

oh is it the one in a terracotta pot? it's a group of succulents, not sure about the names of each one tho... They are and those 2 might be the only succulents I'll ever have xD

what about durability of Evergreen Goods ? is it good compare to online labels ?

I'm still using evergreen till now, the colors don't fade and it's pretty much still in a good shape :) can't really compare to online labels coz i can't get my hand on their vinyls.. only have the paper stickers

If i compare them to the standard matte and glossy of online labels, evergreen goods is better. I haven't tried the water resistant one, which i heard is good. Did u try the standard or the water resistant glossy?

Maybe you should try getting the sample of the water resistant one. Quality should be more comparable 🤔

How did you get to fill a full page of stickers with now waste and get the Cricut to cut it out?

Hi! Thank youu glad u enjoy the vids ✨ I printed my stickers via photoshop then calibrate my cricut mat so that it'll cut properly :D 1. Make a black canvas according to your sticker paper size. 2. Tape your cricut matt with a masking or washi tape (one that isn't too sticky). 3. Put the black canvas as an cut outline in cricut. Then cut the tape on your matt. That's how you know where to put the paper next time you cut :) Hope it helps!

Yeah...great video about them, but vinyl does not compare to paper, You didn't said that the evergreens were vinyl, it just became obvious at like 18 minutes into the video.
