Hope you got the printer sorted, this is why i do not use ecotanks i had nothing but issues and blockagee, at some point doing flush cleans stop working and doing a printer clean over and over does not work either Its because the ecotank printers have a permanent print head. I went back to a normal epson printer and refillable cartridges which actually last me a good amount of time and takes mins to refill them

I noticed you didn't cover your sublimation print on the mouse pad when you put it in the heat press. The sublimation inks could get set on the top pad and potentially leak onto other products.
