This is so irritating! And it seems to be a "trend" too, I've seen so many tiktoks about how you can make money online by re-selling stuff from independent makers on etsy, people selling collage walls using artists' designs without their permission etc and calling themselves "entrepreneurs" lol 😡. I really respect how you handled this so politely, despite it being a really stressful issue to deal with. And really hope it's sorted now. Loved the video, as always 💕

Sorry to hear about your copyright theft..! Some people have no shame and try their luck until they get caught! If you do make T-shirt’s, you could look into vinyl rather than embroidery. Will be cheaper to make and then you could still have the bright more complicated designs! 😊👍

Sorry to hear! Similar thing happened to me :( I had a customer buy 2 items from me. they created a separate IG account pretending to be in the wedding business and interested in my products as gifts to their clients.. I turned them down after finding out this IG page is linked to that customer. With their real business account, they blocked me and were selling my products as their own, and for TRIPLE the price! I kept low for 1 month, during that time I saw that they were stealing from other businesses too. It's ridiculous that people steal creations intentionally! Not okay!

This is so sad to hear and know how people will take from others as theirs and sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t but should they not respond do what is necessary and make sure all of your past designs are copyrighted regardless. Make sure you have your names trademarked as your brand. After all we are in a world where the internet is being used the easy to get business done. Also please put a watermark on the background of all of your designs just in case. You might not get them all but don’t let it frustrate you. But I truly love watching your videos and how very mature they are in process and packaging. Hopefully it works out for you without all of the drama.

Try to reach to an advocate. For a letter to them. Usually they'll gwt scared and they'll delete the stolen designs. And the letter has a modic fee. Best of luck and don't let 'em get away. It's your hard work and they could have talked to you and buy that design to use.

I loathe how people think it’s ok to just copy straight off - I get at times you can see a piece in the past and unintentionally make a similar version but to copy is horrible! Red bubble are rife with your “happy place” products. I can see you have a profile but the fact other sellers are listed under your products using exactly the same image is horrible :(

Oh my goodness..... they blocked you because they KNEW they were doing something wrong! I hope you scare them and send them a legal notice. I’m so sorry that’s happening to you!

best thing you can do is copy right everything you make/draw and water mark all your pictures with your email address or logo.. this is what i'm going to be doing.. ohh and another thing is ask for the proceeds they are making from your designs etc.. or you could tell them you will be taking it further with legal action... that will help in most cases... good luck hun

I'm so sorry to hear that this happened to you. This same thing happened to katnipp. Their are so many people out there that are struggling and all they have is their talents. And people out there like this think that it's ok to take what they have work hard for, and hard to get to. This is a little bit of the reason why I am afraid to come out with my stuff because I don't want it stolen.
