Actually it's bad for India. Because mostly only intelligent and educated people leave India. Who can bring forward india. If normal workers would leave India, it would be good because of over population.

यह बात सही है कि बाहर से लोग मेहनत ज्यादा करते हैंलेकिन वह वह लोग ज्यादा मेहनत करते हैं जिनके सामने कई समस्याएं या अच्छा जीवन यापन के ऑप्शंस नहीं है आपने जिस तरीके से जापान का उदाहरण दिया आपको चीन का उदाहरण भी देखना चाहिए चीन में 1960 के आसपास काफी भुखमरी के बाद चीन के लोगों को मेहनत करने का मौका मिला तो वह लगातार मेहनत कर रहे हैं और इससे लेबर में डिवेलप हुएद्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के बाद जब जापान पूरी तरीके से एक बर्बादी की कगार पर खड़ा था तब जापान ने भी अपनाया रेस्पॉन्स अच्छा करा था और बूढ़ा तो हर व्यक्ति होगा. जिसके लिए अच्छा जीवन यापन एक बहुत बड़ा चैलेंज है वहीं कुछ ज्यादा बड़े रिस्क ले सकता है जिसको पहले से ही पनीर के पराठे मिलने है वह क्यों लेगा.. और जो व्यक्ति अपनी सारी पूंजी और सारी मेहनत एक काम पर लगा देता है उसके रिजल्ट ज्यादा अच्छे आते हैं और कमजोर वर्ग के पास कोई ऑप्शन भी नहीं होता है बार बार काम चेंज करने के... माइग्रेंट एक फायदे का सौदा हो सकता है लेकिन तब जब आपके पास संसाधन और संभावनाएं ज्यादा हो और लोग कम हो लेकिन भारत में यह बिल्कुल उल्टा है संभावनाएं और साधन कम रह गए हैं और लोग 135 करोड़ है आपने भारत का नाम कहीं भी नहीं लिया है...

आपको यह चीज बिहार के स्टूडेंट के बारे में भी देखना चाहिए वह क्यों आईएएस मैं बेहतर कर पाते हैं क्योंकि उनके बच्चे जो पढ़ते हैं उनके पास कोई दूसरा ऑप्शन भी नहीं होता है... इसलिए मेरा मानना है आप किसी भी समाज से कुछ बेहतर कराना चाहते हैं तो उसके सामने इतनी परेशानियां खड़ी कर दीजिए जैसे आपको अपनी पूरी स्पीड से भागने की कई जाए तब आप इतना नहीं बैठ पाएंगे अगर आप के पीछे कुत्ते पड़वा दिया जाए तब की स्पीड को चला कि होगी आप का मतलब बिल्कुल भी आपसे नहीं है मैं एक समाज की बात कर रहा हूं आपका सम्मान मेरी नजरों में बहुत ज्यादा है मैं बस अपना तर्क रखने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं इसलिए बिल्कुल भी दिल में ऐसा कोई भी शब्द जो बुरे लगे हो उसको उसके लिए मुझे माफ कर दीजिएगा...

immigration is not a problem illegal immigration is a problem.... world is concerned about illegal immigration ....Indian working in america or any other nation goes there legally and these countries have strict visa rules ....person from other countries can work in india ..but only if he came to india legally ...illegal migrants can go back and come again with visa ...if an Indian caught in USA whose visa was expired they simply deport him ....

I personally think that govt should restrict migration. What I mean is , Govt should take migrants on the basis of qualifications (educational, sports related etc) Because,, of govt. Allow too much migrants in thier nation, Theie native peoples will be minority and the nation will fall. I think that by 2080 US wont be in top position and that will happen due to internal problems. I am not racist or something,, But , i think this can happen.

Sara development automatically hoga or crime ki rates bhi km hongi. Mai apna personal experience bata rha hu, villeges me jo kuch nhi kr pate nhi sahi se study krte hai vhi fir 2000 se 3000 rs per month me teaching suru kr dete hai,mai sbki bat nhi kr rha achhe school and teachers bhi h but sabse jyada yhi log hai ab jiska khud ka koi aim nhi hoga koi quality knowledge me nhi hogi vo kaise fir kisi or ko teach krega. Apke lecture kafi achhe hote h.high experiences se sikhne ka achha mauka milta h

Ya this can be beneficial for the Nation's percpective , can be same in case of society or individual which have thier own cultural solidarity ? In my view the all is depend upon the country's development policies & opportunity towards everything individuals also the infrastructure of the nation do play important role for all. For example: the country like India where most of people didn't get benefits within thier own region due to lack of opportunities so migrates to foreign, one other side people from poor countries comes here in the hope of getting good opportunity most of them do harsh work, alienation attitude towards them by people moral broke theirs hope as well.

Problem is not with immigration but the problem is with the refugees who don't accept the norms of the country they are immigrating to, they want to change the way the country functions, if someone wants to be respected then he/she has to respect first

The thing with USA and other developed countries is that they have lot of job opportunities. But in country like India where its own population is suffering from unemployment can't integrate migrants. And if migrants don't have jobs they will turn to crime.

You have missed many demerits of immigration like how they effect local politics of the region. Secondly there is a difference between migrant and refugee. Generally refugees are burden not an asset.

Immigration is good when happen with restrictions to abide by that country law n order, custom. Parsis are best example of immigration in whole world. When they are driven out from Persia in an environment of violence, they choose to be peaceful, progressive in India. But similar case with Lebanon n Europe failed miserably with islamic faith. So migration is very sensitive issue both for immigrants as well as residents of that country.

He forgot to consider an important aspect, that is, population. USA had void which was filled by immigrants, India does not. Just because he was an IPS officer, doesn't mean that everything he says is correct.
