Even if it is false promise even if it is fraud ... still if the girl has given consent that means she also wants to have sexual intercourse. Isn't it ? Then how can it be Rape ? Be it conditional consent or unconditional consent... if she said yes that means she is interested to have intercourse. She also enjoyed intercourse. Then how can it be Rape ? Also why do you think that intercourse is a bad intention ? Intercourse is a very pleasurable activity to do. And intercourse is not a bad thing to do. Stop spreading hatred against intercourse.

My brother is working in a foreign bank and doing great financially. He broke up with his girlfriend and she filed a case against her. Even her mother encouraged her to file a case. Once police arrested him suddenly. When I went there to the police station, he was kept in the lock up 😢. Police has made him to stay bare chested and denied my request to let him wear a shirt and a fan. It was humid and sultry condition.

Answer this there is a lady 35 years old who was in relationship with me and our relationship got sour after she met my parents and then we broke up. Post breakup she filed an FIR under 376 which is 0 FIR. She has changed sequence of events in FIR, 161 and 164. In 164 there is no mention of any offence. She lives 1000 kms away and i never went to her place. She only used to come. This lady is a very learned and renowned in scientific community. She mentions that promise of marriage happened on call without meeting at all. I am younger to her. There are no proofs submitted by her in this connect. In FIR she said promise to marry happened in x month and then in 161 promise to marry she said 4 months before x month and that also without meeting physically. Can judge accept that a scientist would just accept on phone call ????

She already gave him the permission to sex by making a deal. So breaking the deal is considered as fraud not rape. She didn't feel sexually assaulted in any way. She is upset about breaking the deal they made. For rape one needs to be felt sexually violating not upsetting over one cheated and defy the deal. He committed to marriage but he can leave her if they are not getting along, just like after marriage a husband can take divorce if they are not getting along without wife's agreement. And it's her fault she trusted a guy who already cheated on his wife. What I am saying that it's not rape but still it's pathetic to cheat on once own partner and being sexually active with someone's husband. But sure I want government to lawfully banned this hookup culture before it gets out of hand cuz our people are not mature enough. Having sex with multiple partners causes lack of respect for opposite gender mostly, which in turn leads to Sexual assaults and also a threat to social life.

कानून में सुधार की जरूरत है शादी से पहले किया गया सेक्सुअल को रेप के बाहर रखा जाना चाहिए । क्योंकि यहां दोनो की मर्जी के बाद ही संभव होता है। यदि कोई लड़का लड़की से शादी का वादा करता है तो लड़की को बोलना चाहिए की sex hum sadi ke bad भी कर सकते हैं कहीं न कहीं लड़की भी relashionship में आना चाहती है फिर लड़का से किसी बात को लेकर लड़ाई hone par rape ka केश ठोक देता है। ये सब गलत है।

Be it conditional consent or unconditional consent... if she said yes that means she is interested to have intercourse. She also enjoyed intercourse. Then how can it be Rape ?
