No offense, but I don't care how busy you are. We NEED your videos! Who else has such an extensive knowledge of literature and history but will sum things up with, "I don't care what the critics say; this book is a boring piece of shit." Please, at all costs, keep your videos coming!

I had no clue what lincoln in the bardo is about but i did not have nick offerman saying poop (audiobook) repeatedly anywhere on my list of possibilities. I need to see your 1k celebration video so let’s get it 💪🏼

i'm also excited to see if praiseworthy makes the booker longlist because i just KNOW it's gonna piss a bunch of people off. hyped for the "too long/too repetitive/too confusing/too problematic" of it all

Love hearing your thoughts, informative and funny as always. I've been reading Burma Sahib, not a fan. Ladder to the sky, it's fine, nothing amazing. So I'm hoping for a better couple of weeks ahead.

Didn't know 'Aniara' is a book/poem. I watched the movie some years ago, and really liked it. Bit weird, in the end very tragic, also not for everybody but overall a very intriguing watch. I'll probably skate around the source material though 😬

Missed you! If you're cold, come up to the East Coast of the US. It's like Dante's Inferno here.

I'm with you on Can Xue....I feel I'm completely missing the point somehow .." grim " is the word I used too for Ding Village , really grim . Really appreciate your comments about The Booker too
