Stuffed Bell Peppers with Meat : absolute goodness!
A single dish, rich and very tasty ... try this simple recipe too ..... and enjoy your meal !!!
Ingredients for 4 people :
4 medium peppers, 400/500 gr of minced meat, 2 slices of soft white bread / breadcrumbs softened with milk or water, 2 eggs, 50 gr parmesan + 50 gr pecorino, parsley, garlic (optional), salt and pepper to taste , breadcrumbs and oil for gratinating on the surface.
In a static oven at 180 C° for about 45 minutes.
