Bitter melon soup has been a favorite in my family. This is a type of comfort food that we can easily pair with a bowl of rice, and it satisfied your meal as it contains veggies, protein and soup. It’s so simple to make but in this video, I will show you stuffing bitter melon with pork paste just take this soup to an even better level. Ingredients (recipe) of Stuffed Bitter Melon Soup:
350g Ground Pork
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Cold Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Tapioca Starch
200g Vermicelli
200g Wood Ear Mushroom
2 tbsp Garlic
2 Stalks Chopped Green Onion
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
50g Rock Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
