Stuffed fried tofu has many different versions. Every family and every culture have its own way of making stuffed fried tofu. In this recipe, I am sharing the way I make my stuffed fried tofu that I found it is so delicious and savoring. The stuffing in the tofu is moist and soft. The crunchiness of the skin of the tofu with the glaze just add extra flavoring to the stuffed fried tofu and make the entire dish super delicious. You can also pair this stuffed fried tofu with a bowl of steam rice……Ummmmm……Delicious!!!

Ingredients (Recipe) - Stuffed Fried Tofu (Fried Stuffed Tofu):
2lb Tofu
1/2 lb Ground Pork
80g Shiitake Mushroom
1 stalk Green Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
Glaz for Tofu:
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Tapioca Starch
Garnish: Green Onion
