This baked Stuffed Shells recipe turned out so beautifully and delicious! Cheesy and flavorful...you are going to love this!
Ingredients
One box large pasta shells
One Large Egg
15 ounce container Ricotta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
2 cups Italian Blend shredded cheese
2 Tbsp Parsley (fresh chopped or dried)
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
One jar pasta sauce
Method
Start by cooking shells to directions on the package and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat one large egg. Add Ricotta cheese, cream cheese, Italian Blend shredded cheese, mix to combine. To mixture, add parsley, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper, mix well.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Use some of the pasta sauce to coat the bottom of the casserole dish. Scoop mixture into cooked shells, place shells into casserole opening side up. Cover shells with the rest of the pasta sauce, smooth evenly. Add shredded cheese to the top of the pasta shells. Cover dish with aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake again for 5-7 minutes.
