It happens to a lot of us. Im 45, finished school and have two companies I operate from home. I got into a fucking void. Just video games, drinking, I even quit working out. I just had nothing to be excited about and felt like I had no friends. I made a list of stuff I like to do, and started feeling better. Isolation and lack of sun will fuck with your head. i always suggest mixing it up. Call up some old friends, go to a comedy show, try a new restaurant, but commit to CREATING NEW ADVENTURES. I promise it gets better.
