Thank you very very much. I have been running around town and calling around to duplicate a particular curve molding. They want about 800 to 900 $ What I’ve just leaned on your video tells me I can do this for practically nothing. I have most of the router bids. Wow 🤩 thank you so much, I was told these curved cuts come from complicated machines. Don’t believe everything your told, I guess.

How about a video on making the template? I have a problem with making them as close to perfect as they need to be.

I'm a little confused. Since the radius of the inside of a moulding curve is different than the outside, you have to use a bushing or template guide equal to the width of the moulding to achieve the correct results. Did I miss this in the video. It's the kmost annoying part of making these.

Different results where? On the profiled, outer curve of the molding as compared to the inside part of the curve? Sure, it'll be different. But in this case it doesn't matter. The only critical curve is the one that attaches to the cabinet. The outer curve can be slightly different, and nobody would notice.
