I've often bought duff footwear. So easy to do. In fact this vid has reminded me to check more as I often forget! Such a bummer about the fake doc martens especially mate.

Cash machine over the road in the retail park at bolton at the asda and boots. Had to nip over a few times.

Great vid mate, I was standing this one... spotted you on my stall but I was too tied up to say hi. Mental car boot, I got set up at 6, sold half my car full by 6.30. Table was almost empty by 7. Never seen anything like it!

Curious why you don't bring much money with you? The thought of missing out on an absolute home run item just scares me when im out sourcing, so always have plenty of cash, plenty of times its worked out for me being the only one with enough cash to buy a pricey item.

@@ABLReselling I was lucky enough to be the only person at a boot sale with enough cash to buy a job lot of something, £500 into £10k+(job lot of brand new land rover parts), while everyone was trying to negotiate a part deal, I came in with his asking price and deal was done. Ever since then I come prepared, never know what's going to turn up at a boot sale Be lucky out there and dont be afraid to dream big!

Just wondering as a new reseller myself following back surgery and being unable to carry on as chef, just wondering if you would ever do a video about the preparations involved in shipping/packing items. I am trying to put postage items on my sales at a genuine rate but not too sure. Love your work!

Oh Dave. I still feel the camera angle was wrong. I felt I was looking at your sleeve and not the item you was looking at.. I was making me feel all quiffy... still loved the video though, as always. We all make boo boo’s! I can see why you though they were Doc’s from a distance.

@@ABLReselling wasn't as good as last week, still a good result... plenty of retro video games for the early birds. I'm looking forward to East Lancs again, for as big as this one is Macron seems to be 80% traders selling junk and 20% actual car-booters. No wonder they get twitchy about cameras, they think its Mr Tax Man (or the disability) 🤣 Almost everything I saw sat on stalls today was there last week too, so definitely a few weeks off now.

Why wouldn't you tell where you are? You do realise that more people attending means more sellers too, right? Everything works itself out. I used to try and get to the car boots really early until I realised that I would get more stuff and cheaper stuff when I left at my leisure and also found myself casual, relaxed and my expectations at the bear minimum thereby putting less pressure on myself. This is how you want to be when you try to buy goods or just have fun and let things come to you
