While reading up on the Divine Comedy for potential leads, I found a likely candidate. The two prime souls we currently have are Minos and Sisyphus. They're both royalty of Ancient Greece (Minos of Crete and Sisyphus of Ephyra) who have major legends behind them (Minos imprisoning Daedalus to construct the Labyrinth which led to the legend of Icarus, and Sisyphus subverting Thanatos to avoid death, his punishment inspiring the philosophy of Absurdism.) So the main candidate that fits both and resides in layers 8 and 9 is Tireseas Tireseas was a blind Oracle of Apollo, who used his gift of prophy to act as an advisor to Thebian Royalty. According to legend, Tireseas once walked up Mount Cyllene. On his hike, he came across two snakes doing the 🍆💦🍑 and battered them with his staff. This angered Hera, who punished Tireseas by transforming him into a woman. Tireseas then became a Priestess of Hera to atone and wedded a man, giving birth to children who shared her gift of prophecy. Seven years after her Divine HRT, she encountered another pair of freaky snakes and left them be. Hera then lifted her curse and allowed her to become a man again. It’s a slight possibility that god himself could be on the list. However I personally would do it in a much more painful way but in short instead of him being the boss in P-3 it becomes P-P only achievable by P-ranking all the prime sanctums and thus the entire game before being able to access the level in order to be a true final boss… and a special reward for beating him(idk what though)

The most reasonable thing my brain could think we maybe fight in p-3 is the corpse of god or the apple tree that Adam and Eve took the apple from because angels are some kind of plants if I remember correctly

Lucifer prime could be a different kind of secret, since in the lore we know that god sent lucifer down by accident (fit of rage 😔) you could possibly come across him sobbing, similar to that popular painting of lucifer. When you encounter lucifer, he isn't a prime soul yet. When you first meet him, he basically tells you to go away because he is sad 😢 But if you decide to fight him, he'll be forced to fight back. In his normal form, he'll fight similarly to gabriel (still just a fallen angel at this moment) he'll fly around with his tattered wings and attack you with a trident. After killing him, he just falls over (but if you look back, you can see his soul flying away). Later on in p-3, you can enter a secret room that looks like the rooms for sisyphus and minos' rooms, and then you'll have to fight a flesh star ⭐️, but after dealing enough damage lucifer bursts out of the flesh star and charges at you, his new form looks similar to the one we see in the video, his trident is turned into a star/cross looking thing, and horns begin growing on his head. After you "defeat" lucifer prime, he simply runs away, never to be seen again (And then he becoems the devil👹"

I think that v2 could be the prime soul, since the machines are powered by blood it would make sense if that gave them a soul since humans also run off blood. Plus there are other machines in hell and i don’t think the gutter men made it all the way through from prelude to violence like v1/2 does

i feel lucifer, and a fight with another V-Model wouldn't be a full on secret encounter, they feel too grand for a secret boss, their story influence/position would be too large for them to just be relegated to a prime-boss.

I feel like Hakita will have us fight Lucifer at some point if he has really come out and said that there is a possibility. Other than that, I could see a possible Persephone Prime. While fictional, Oedipus Prime might be an option. Other options include: Orpheus Prime, or also Hercules Prime. Out of the ones mentioned, Orpheus, Hercules, and even Judas seem to be the best candidates.

I like to believe that, while it isn't confirmed, a machine CAN form a Prime Soul. They show alot of VERY human traits. Not only are they made of flesh and blood just as a human is, they have personalities too. Ie; The Mindflayers' vanity, Swordsmachine's hoarding and hatred of being parried, V2's ego/spite and following cowardice. They're also clearly capable of deeper thought, as shown by the Gutterman's poem to his "mother", and V2's revenge-fueled push to the end of Greed -purely- to get back at V1. But, with that said, I doubt V2 is the boss of P-3. She just isn't strong enough to surpass that need for a physical vessel, even if machines have souls.

Honestly, Ive heard 3 strong contenders- Daedulus, Judas, and Prometheus. Daedulus is my favorite due to the modified husks and Garden of Forking Paths theory

I'm almost 100% certain Midas is going to be the 3rd Prime Soul. The Ancient Greek Kings are Minos, Sisyphus, and Midas. There is quite literally no reason for it to be anyone or anything else.

I feel like Prometheus or Daedalus is the most likely for P-3. Both come frim greek mythology, both would have beef with the gods, and both are guilty of treachery. (Prometheus with giving fire to humanity against the will of the gods, and Daedalus by building the labyrinth to trap the minotaur, and/or killing his nephew.)

Don’t get me wrong I don’t think that V2 is gonna be a prime soul but at the same time, the prime souls are basically just people who died twice and got locked away, so him being dead doesn’t really matter

I actually don’t understand why Gabriel wouldn’t be able to become a prime, I am not a full on fan of ultrakill, I watched my friend play the entire game and sorta got it through that, personally I think it’d be cool for Gabriel’s last fight for him once dead to come back as a prime because of his deep hatred for the machine, giving him a second life to complete his goal so why is it out of the question that Gabriel can become a prime?

I understand that angels cant become prime souls, but maybe after the fathers light was severed he may have lost his angelic status, like when adam and eve bit the apple, he could have gained sentience when he lost the fathers light, opening up the door to becoming a prime soul, i wouldnt be against a gabriel prime tbh
