Remember that Redfield had the Bat-Bat Fruit, Model: Vampire. So if Stussy has the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Vampire, the two can coexist. Hell, vampires might not even be mythical in the One Piece world. They might be a dead or dying race similar to the Lunarians and the Buccaneers, and we've actually yet to see the Mythical version. Like say Stussy has the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Vampire, an Ancient Zoan that turns the user into the now extinct race of vampires. She has some abilities beyond the standard Zoan powers, but they're all biological in nature just like a Lunarian's, making the user harder to kill but nowhere near immortal. If that were the case, there might be another Devil Fruit floating around the One Piece world somewhere that is the proper Mythical Vampire Devil Fruit, and it might even have a specific name, like Human-Human Fruit, Model: Dracula or something, and that's the name of another god of the ancient One Piece world, like a dark counterpart to Nika that the concept of vampires in One Piece is based on. Unlikely as hell, but considering Oda kept the real name of Luffy's Devil Fruit secret for years and he likes to subvert expectations, you can't entirely rule out the possibility that he'd pull something like that.

Apart from DF users: -Zoro has to show that he's just above that things, he's Swordsman McSwordsmen, just cutting through -Sanji can't use a tool if Zoro isn't, would it mean he's weaker?
