To help clear this up for people, Stussy is a clone of Miss Bucking, (The old woman traveling with Edward Weevil aka Whitebeard Jr., remember them?) who is claiming to be Whitebeard's former lover. In her younger days she used to be a member of the ROCKS Pirates. If you remember back in Wano during Oden's flashback where we see Orochi meet the old woman who processed the Mane-Mane no mi at the time, she was showing Orochi the different faces she could turn into. One of those faces was a young woman with long blonde hair. That was the orginal Buckingham Stussy, confirming that they were both members of the ROCKS Pirates at one point. After the ROCKS Pirates disbanded Miss Bucking joined with Vegapunk, Caesar Clown, Vinsmoke Judge and Queen to form the MADS Science Group. During their time working together, she offered up her own DNA to be used as part of a cloning experiment which resulted in the Stussy that is now a CP0 Agent who just took out Lucci and Kaku.

Listen Kaku and Lucci, if you don't wanna be betrayed; I'll happily take your place. I'm not really sure when people started to forget what Vampires are, but Stussy is most certainly not a Succubus. I suppose technically she could be, but Vampires are the ones who suck blood. Succubi suck other fluids... It could also be genetic enhancement, rather than Devil Fruit(like the Germa Kids, or the Seraphim). I sorta wish her eyes turned red, but I do like the double iris effect, still makes her look crazy. Her illusion paper art is a six power's ability, and probably not related to the "Fruit". Vampires are extremely inconsistent in their lore/depiction, so really she can have almost any power Oda wants. The ability to turn into a bat, turn into mist, instant regeneration, manipulate/control blood, night vision, and so on. When she looked at Kaku she appeared to have Heat Vision, so that's certainly an odd choice though would suit the "Night Vision".
