This comes from a promo DVD folder which was used to get customers that used Cox Communications as their cable provider to request the now defunct cable channel Style Network to be provided in their region. In this folder apparently, the Style Network (which merged with Esquire in 2013. Esquire apparently has been defunct since 2017) was not provided in the Oklahoma City area at the time by Cox Communications.
