#TeamPaxton Devi and Paxton had real chemistry and tbh Paxton had the most character development throughout the series. Devi and Ben were too much alike and it was off-putting at times but I know he was the obvious choice. The writer's dropped the ball on Season 4. Although, I still enjoyed it. IMO, Devi and Paxton were #EndGame.

There’s admiration left always but not passion I think. That’s what they had; they helped each other in different ways and they probably will remember each other with grace. but Ben and Devi LOVE each other.

yeah like Paxton was definitely important for devi's development bc it was that relationship where she realised she needed to learn how to love herself, and devi helped him find his identity and compassion. but it was Ben she ALWAYS pined for and wanted 😭 also, ben and her understand each other on such a deep level tbh i think devi never saw her and Paxton as equals...to her, he was more of a social conquest

@Feride Yılmaz Asking them if they are on something is really rude. Check yourself. I agree with her, there was a lot of chemistry and Darren and Maitreyi did a really good job. Especially during the first and second season. Devi's first kiss and then their second kiss in the second season. Chef's kiss. Ben and Devi on the other hand gave me not much during season 2 and 3.

So then I watched Des compilation videos to find out who he is and I kind of remember their breakup but that's it. Honestly I totally agree that Devi should have ended up with Paxton...her story started and should have ended with him....he changed so much for Devi and valued his family just like Devi , did not play stupid games and wasn't confused like Ben , Ethan was just a hot criminal and as Maitreyi said Des was too much of a momma's boy.....I was rooting for Paxton since s1 but it is what it is

After seeing Season 4 I think Paxton was a better choice out of the 4, better than Ben, he went a bit downhill in that seeason (and I was even kinda rooting for him before Season 4). But honestly, before all those toxic relationships, they should have centered this season more on self love. She kinda matured a little in some parts with the jealousy and selfcenterism, but they should have developed her overcoming her insecurities and realizing that being single is okay way more than the hundred love triangles we got this season. She could even have ended single for my taste, I felt the ending couple was forced a bit. And trust me, I usually hate when the main lead ends single, but she kinda needs it.

It feels a little bit like their ending was robbed though. Like he said that and when she do believe she is good enough, like he knew she was for so long... she goes with someone else. For me, Paxton was the obvious choice. This season still, Ben acted like a biiiiiip. I do not believe him to be a good person. But Paxton is, to me. I like Ben's character but... not with Devi. I can't go past all the things he did to her. Wich were way more and worst thant all the other combined...

Super edit and summary for me. When i saw the last episode spoiler with ben, it was a total NO to watch the season. Ben makes sense but Paxton also makes sense. Paxton and Devi make each other grow. Overall, this serie highlights that nothing is never lost. Everything changes, shifts and if it is meant to be ... It will. Even in the form we least expect 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yeees thank you. Most ppl think that just bc Paxton may be a better person than Ben, think that that makes him compatible with Devi. Ben is better for Devi. They both dated other people because they both thought they weren't into each other that way. Plus, both Ben and Devi are super problematic and funny. Paxton may be a better person than Ben, but Ben is better with Devi. Paxton is boyfriend material, and Ben is husband material. Ben let Devi stay at his house, he drove Devi to her mom despite not having a license, he even waited there for Devi when he didn't have to, they're both always there for each other even when they're not dating, and to top it all off, he flew across the country to tell Devi that he liked her.
