Hi Rebecca, I have not been watching many KZfaq videos since my mom passed away and I have not been making any crafts either but, I did decorate my mom's house for Fall the last few days. She loved how I decorated her living room last Fall. Most of my decorations I made also. Tonight I started watching the Christmas KZfaq DIY. Last year was the first year in years my mom had a real tree. She was do frugel with her getting older she did not want to buy real trees but I surprised her and bought one (ordered it from Maine). I decorated it and when she came home for Christmas to be with me, I walked into the house first to flip on the lights and the tree lit up and the mantle. Being an OSHA inspector at job sites years ago I spread out the extension cords safely but tie them all into one outlet so all comes on with one switch. I used my mom's violin that she played as a teen, on one end of the mantle. An old brass treasure chest with a red bow on the other end. She has antique brass candle sticks I cleaned very well, bought new cranberry tapers. It was a winter wonderland in here. Vintage decorations going back to when she was first married and I was a little girl was revamped. My childhood white skates I propped up and put a vase of water in one a fresh holly greens in them. My dad's sled was displayed. My mom said her living room should be in a magazine. We decided last year for this year to be a handmade Christmas and I would decorate with crafts. I have not been in the mood at all, but when I saw you had a Christmas video in the line up, my mind and heart did a happy beat. Your creations never break the bank but honestly, they look like they should. They are always elegant, sophisticated and beautiful. I love the tray with the wide popsicle sticks. A mechanic at work gas a crafty wife who is down sizing her stash. He brought me in a unopened pack of 100 of the ones like you had. I also was given toil covered pipe cleaners in metallic colors. I need to google an idea for them. Thank you for pulling me out of my slump tonight. I hope Mike and your beautiful girls are well. Yes paint the tray a dark gray or silver.

So beautiful!!! I would not stain the wood board, I like the contrast with the dark table.The gold thumbtack balls would look pretty too on a bookshelf or in a grouping of other items. Love them all!!!🎄

FOR PAINTING IN A BREEZE. Use a large box tipped on its side in a corner. Place your DIY inside the box to spray it. The larger the box the easier. The box gives you a shield for over spray and shields the DIY from the breeze. I have a large box that I keep just for this purpose. I unfold it and stash it when I don’t need it.

That centerpiece made with the tumbling tower blocks looked very nice on your dark wooden table, but mine is glass and I would probably stain it. Actually I'd love trying that centerpiece for my table! Those pumpkins were gorgeous with the rhinestone strips!! TFS! I was at a peaceful state of mind while soaking in the inspiration! I'm really not ready for Christmas, but my Favs aren't giving me much of a choice, lol! ⚘

I love that you incorporated the bling ribbon to your pumpkins....gorgeous! I added DT's bling ribbon to my larger cream colored pumpkins. I love them! What do you think about painting your wood block tray a cream color? That ribbon from Hobby Lobby is gorgeous! I believe that red bush is Eucalyptus which is beautiful!!! 😊 Dap is an excellent glass glue & it dries clear & quickly! You did a beautiful job on your bowl w/ the gold glitter glue.😊 Your glass jars on top of the bells look amazing!

these are great as usual. just an idea: i like to fill different wine glasses and jars, etc with the Christmas ornaments. (like the ones you get in packs at DT and dollar gen) and sit them around. I think i may take a Mason Jar and fill them, then glue it to the bowl like your 3rd project (where mason jar is the stand) and then maybe i may add a ribbon or bow..but let the ornaments be the main decor for the jar. ??? i may try it to see how it turns out.

You are such a talented crafter, I absolutely love your channel. The glass gold accent Floral Centerpiece is absolutely Breathtaking. I Love it. Wow creative idea on the the Colander bowl 🥣 and the balls. The Bell Candles 🕯 are beautiful 😍 love them. Take a big box cut one side out, take a large left trash bag cut it and wrap around and you have a way to spray paint especially on windy days.

I loved your projects, thanks for teaching them. My tip for spray painting: place a cardboard box on its side with the opening facing you, put the piece to be painted inside and apply the paint. It won't spread the paint and the wind won't get in the way. I hope you understand what I wrote, English is not my first language. Big hugs from Brazil
