Oh so fun to hear that you’re embracing your natural curls as well 😍 I actually started my curly hair journey after watching India’s videos, and the products she recommended for it, specifically the Shea Moisture Hydrate and Repair line. But this was a few years ago so I’m not sure if she’s still recommending those; I still do use the mask, it is amazing! But the shampoo and conditioner are a bit heavy for my very thin hair. It looks good on the first day but quite oily on the second… do try the mask though if you get a chance! :)

Thank you! And I saw your previous comment too ❤️ right now, I still use the Redken volume shampoo, Ouai leave in conditioner, and then this Bumble and Bumble air dry cream. However, today I got the Color Wow spray for curly hair so I’m interested to see if it could replace the air dry cream. I got side tracked with this channel for a bit due to some life changes, but hopefully I can start posting again soon!

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your experience! I certainly understand your concern with air drying and flat hair. Since I’ve been using blowout Professor’s recommended products, my hair has not been limp on the first day, but second and third can get quite limp. I usually use dry shampoo to bring back that volume, and water and JVN air dry cream to revive the curls. I’m going to post another video soon on what I do on the second and third day to keep my curls fresh and looking good (as good as I can make them) :)

And yes, these products are quite expensive, unfortunately :( but luckily, because we have such a thin hair, we do not to use much! 😀 it has been longer than six months that I’ve had my Redken shampoo and conditioner, so I would say it’s a good deal. Just make sure you watch the Blowout professor’s recommendations on how to use the shampoo and conditioner properly (in terms of amounts) so that way you can get the most out of your money. And I do enjoy other products besides the shampoo and conditioner as well :) let me know how it goes for you!

Thank you so much! I would say it’s not that drying. I have pretty dry ends to begin with so I use masks and other products to condition the length, but the shampoo definitely has helped me not to wash my hair very often. I’d say the shampoo has a flowery smell to it :)

Oh no! I’m so sorry. I heard extensions can do this :( and my hair has been like this for quite a while because I had it bleached and also I have some issues with my thyroid. The doctor said that is why my hair is so brittle. But I can say that using this system has helped me go longer between washes and I don’t have to style my hair as often. Also, when I use Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate and then a hair mask, it really improves my hair. If your hair has fallen out, you could also try using Rogaine but do some reviews on it first. They tell you that if you stop using it, the hair that you grew may fall out. But this is not in all cases (I think only if you have genetic condition). I used it to regrow some of my hair due to thyroid problems, and it did not fall out when I stopped using it. I am not a doctor or a professional so I cannot provide any specific advice, I am only speaking from personal experience. Thank you! I actually went to a trichologist about a month ago and she prescribed me Perfectil (I take the Max version) and Vichy Densi-Solutions. I’ve been using them only for a few days now but hopefully I’ll see some results soon!
