酸辣土豆丝:
食材:
土豆: 800克
盐: ½ 茶匙
醋:2茶匙
青葱:1根
蒜:2瓣
生抽:2茶匙
油:2汤匙
干红椒:2个
土豆含有大量淀粉、蛋白质,维生素b和维生素c等,能促进脾胃的消化,还能降低血糖血脂,保持血管的弹性,可以预防动脉硬化。土豆同时用是一种碱性蔬菜,可以中和体内产生的酸性物质,有利于体内酸碱平衡,有一定美容、抗衰老的作用。
做法:
1. 准备两个土豆,大约800克,削皮,擦成细丝,放在盛着清水的大盆中,搅拌一下,把土豆丝上的淀粉洗下来。放在一旁15分钟,让更多的淀粉泡出来。然后换一盆水再洗一次。把淀粉洗下来有助于炒出来的土豆丝变脆,不粘。
2. 准备青葱一根,切葱花,蒜2瓣,切薄片。2个干红椒,切小段。一个小杯子中放入半茶匙盐,醋2茶匙,生抽2茶匙,搅拌均匀。
3. 锅中倒入2汤匙油,开中火。 当油刚才是冒烟时,倒入辣椒,翻炒到有香味出来。然后倒入土豆丝,翻炒至土豆丝变软。加入酱料,刚才切好的葱和蒜。搅拌均匀,这样一盆香脆可口的酸辣土豆丝就做好了。
Spicy & sour Stir Fried Potato:
Ingredients:
Potato: 800g, peeled and shredded
Garlic: 2, thin slices
Green onion: 1, finely chopped
Salt: ½ Tsp
Vinegar:2Tsp
Light soy sauce:2Tsp
Oil:2Tbps
Dried chili pepper: 2, chopped
Instruction:
1. Put shredded potato in a bowl with water, wash off the starch and set aside for 15 minutes, drain the potato then wash the potato to get off the excessive starch off. This will help potato to be crisp later.
2. Mix well vinegar, light soy sauce and salt in a small bowl.
3. Pour oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil start getting smoky, add potato, stir fry until soft, pour sauce and add garlic and green onion, mix evenly. Ready to serve.
