Yam Dough 粉团 :
300g Yam (steamed) 300克 芋头 (蒸熟)
120g Tapioca starch 120克 木薯粉
30g Sweet potato flour 30克 地瓜粉
2 tablespoon Oil 2汤匙 油
½ teaspoon Salt ½ 茶匙 盐
50ml Water 50毫升 水
Ingredients 配料 :
8 Shiitake mushrooms, shreds 8朵 香菇, 切丝
50g Dried shrimps 50克 虾米
200g Minced Pork 200克 肉碎
4 Small red onion, slices 4粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
2 Spring onion, diced 2条 青葱, , 切粒
1 Chilli, diced 1条 辣椒, 切粒
Seasonings调味料 :
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1茶匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙 姜青
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油

谢谢分享大埔特色美食。只有大埔籍贯，才做算盘子，因为，大埔人做来拜祭祖先。其他籍贯不会做或没有听说过 算班子。中国几千年的历史书本或所有的姓氏族谱也没有记载 客家， 这两个字。客家也不是一个地方名字也不是一个民族而是几十年前，乱喊乱叫出来的。因此，不是 客家的。
