It's another battle of ages between J and D Mills at Seaford 10K.
The mercury was hot with temperatures creeping towards the mid-twenties during the run.
Can both Sub 40 runners in good conditions battle exhaustion in the heat and bag another strong time - and who will come out on top?!

Fantastic video and very entertaining as always! I am no way on the same level of running as J or D Mills (avg. 6 min km), but I still find the videos really entertaining to watch and just makes me want to get out and run 😀

😂 im Mr Metaspeed, that was a super hard run in that heat 🔥 i was hoping for a sub 38, my PB is 37:25 Waiting at start i soon changed my mind, so took it easier for first 5k and tried to kick but seafront killed me, i take that effort for 45 year old 🧓 good effort to you and your brothers.

Absolutely brilliant - the brothers Mills are sooooooo pretty 😍😍😍👍👍😍😍#41000emails I did snowdonia half in the blistering bloody heat yesterday and it was emotional - I scuppered my time coz I stopped to help a fallen runner heart rate would have rivalled the mighty D Mills 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I've had a 10k with an average hr of 187 and max out at 199 I find that 10k you can hold on to Zone 4 and 5 for quite long but it really hurts
