No Brasil andamos um pouco descalço em areia, pedras pequenas e gramas para que o corpo tenha contato com a natureza .É como uma terapia 👍🏻

her eyes are so cute and big.. when she is curious about something eyes become even bigger...

it's ok if she gets scared around people! it's normal for her age, and don't worry it'll change as she gets older. when I was little I had extreme social anxiety and cried even when I saw my grandparents, my mum had to become a teacher at my pre school because I couldn't go to pre school without her it was that bad. But when I grew up and starting going to school, it got better and I'm not like that now, so she'll also pretty much grow out of it!

Each time I see a new video Ruda is cuter than before! How is this possible. And may I say how proud I am of her parents? They are doing a wonderful job.
