Today's menu is 'Cabbage Egg Toast'.
It's the toast made with healthy cabbage.

[Ingredient: for 1 toast]
-2 slices of white bread
-180~200g cabbage (one handful)
-1/2 green onion
-1/2 hot chili pepper (cheongyang peppers) *You can skip!
-2 eggs
-2 pinch of salt, ground pepper
-2 slices butter
-ketchup, honey mustard (or jam)
[How to make]
1. Shred cabbage thinly.
2. Chop green onions and hot chili pepper.
3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add cabbage, green onion,chili pepper, salt and some ground pepper.
4. Butter a pan and toast the bread over low heat and cool it down.
5. Mix cabbage egg well with chopsticks.
6. Butter a pan again, pour the egg and cook it thickly over low heat.
7. Make it in a square shape similar to the size of the bread and cook it back and forth until it turns to golden brown.
8. Place a slice of bread and put cabbage pancakes on top.
9. Add some ketchup and mustard on top of the cabbage pancake, then place the rest of the bread on top to finish.
*You can eat it with jam instead of ketchup.
