A very complete video, you did a great job. I fear you made it harder for yourself though. Could have installed almost all of the accessories on the engine before install. Also, why did you take the hood off? Just move it to the service position. It's much easier and you don't have to worry about lining up the hood on reinstall.

When i remove the heads it had silicone on the head gasket gap by the front cover it came from oem but didn’t see u did it ? 16 wrx

Do you lube the bottom of the mean bearings? Or just the surface where the crank sits?

Put a thin layer of lube on it :)

At 15:35 I forgot to install those o rings. Would i be fine if I put silicone rtv around them?

It’s best to install those rings. Rtv might leak over time due to heat

I just rebuilt my ‘14 forester N/A. Everything is done engine in car all wires and everything hooked up. Car cranks but no turn over. Came down to testing the ignition coils. No spark. Do you have a solution? Could it be the crankshaft sensor? (Which was never unplugged) im stumped. Anything helps.

No spark in any ignition coils so i know its not one faulty coil.

You skipped right over the part I wanted to see. The intake manifold adapters that attach to the block. One second they're not there and the next second they're already installed. It's between 22:42 and 22:46.
