Pace explains the basic process of a subject to deal, which contracts are involved, and each party’s role in facilitating the transaction flow. Once he moves toward the final parts of the transaction, he covers how he a buyer makes money, describing alternative exit strategies in case a rental falls short of profit expectations. However, there are positives and negatives to each exit strategy, so be aware of this before coming to your final decision.
