Hey slip 1. the hanging fruit trees, fruit goes into the grow beds(the fruit are the seeds). fruit gives food and water 2. you missed things to scan in the wrecks like the plant pot in the last video 3. you are missing a LED Light, plant pot and pictures you can scan for construction 4. you can put a large crop plot on your cyclops to put more hanging fruit trees on. Which will solve your food and water problem. 5. the PDAs that have info on the other survivors from the other crashed ship before you got there, that will lead you to other abandoned bases but you have to read them to figure out were more bases are. 6. The Bio-reactor can run of Hanging Tree Fruit. You will only get the new bio-reactor if you re-scan the Bio-reactor fragments. You can find them in the Kelp Forest (Creepvine Biome) 7. the thermal knife cooks small fish when you kill them. 8. you're gonna have to Build Brian Mk 2 cyclops. it didn't get the full changes on the upgrade. like your cyclops has 600 power, it should have 1200 now. but you cant deconstruct SS Brian so you will have 2 9. the still suit makes water as you wear it. 10. Can you put a living wall over a reinforcement? 11. Hatch on the fish tanks top floor will make it easier to travel in your base. 12. putting a Hatch on the far side of the moon pool might get rid of the legs? 13. the terraformer might help with the plants sticking through the base? 14. One aquarium for food and one for looks would be cool. 15.Every seed/spore/whatever that has a green icon background can be planted inside and everything that has a dark blue background can be grown in the water. 16. you forgot one base on The Island at the peek. you went to the same one twice.

Slip, make a second aquarium. One to farm boring fish for food/water. And another one for all the cool fish like stalkers, sand sharks, those electric guys from last episode, etc.

there is an indoor grow bed in a floater island abandoned base that you didn't visit. because in that episode you accidentaly visited the same base

Slip. You should plant the hanging fruit. It's one of the best food and water sources.

If you have a huge amount of salt you can just make lots of purified water. You should have enough coral samples for it. Also, you missed the interior growbed back on the island. And you can grow fruit trees. Just plant the fruit. Also you should be planting creepvine seed clusters, not creepvine samples, otherwise you don't get the seeds.

Pssst.. take those rotten hanging fruits and plant them in some pots. That way, you have unlimited food AND water in the base, and you can save the cured food and water for when you go out. (Always liked to keep 5 cured peepers/reginalds and 5 waters in the seamoth at all times.) Also, when the hanging fruits are done growing, put some in the Cyclops! You'll have way more food than a small family of reefbacks can eat in a lifetime!

The interior grow bed is located in the wrecked base observatory on top of the mountain on the island

You fixed the radiation leaks Slip, you can wear a stilsuit now, will help with the water problem bigtime.

there is also an inside growbed on the island somewhere that can do trees and veggies in your bases

there is large interior grow beds you can find near the second abandoned base that is at the top of a mountain you found b4. basically, if you stand on the first and taller peak and face the second, on the other side of the second is a garden... of sorts, I'm pretty sure that's where I found the large interior grow beds. if it's not then at least you'll get more food seeds.

To grow the acid mushrooms you have to cut one to get 4 spores (Warning, the acid hurts). Try putting in some coral samples, like brain coral, that one makes air. And the fruit tree fruits (you have rotten ones) are used to make fruit trees that will produce plenty of food and water. You can grow them on your cyclops too. Mobile food and water, for the win. For more inventory, ditch the seaglide. Instead, use Glidefins and a Plasteel Tank. With those two you can swim almost as fast as the seaglide without using batteries or taking up a 3x3 in your storage. Plasteel tank has less air than the High Capacity tank, but you can bring extra tanks with you (2x2) and swap them out when one gets low for situations where you really need to stay out longer. Bring a pair of HC tanks when you expect to explore away from your seamoth (like the bigger wrecks) for a long time.

Plant the hanging fruit and marble melons! I don't think the hanging fruit has seeds, but if you plant the marble melon and then whack it with the knife it gives you 4 seeds!

Slash a acid mushroom - take a bit of damage, but get FOUR SEEDS. Has a tendency to damage all the shrooms around it though. After two such slashing, many shrooms in the area get destroyed. I like to just pick them up from the middle of the bed as I need batteries till there's only 1 left in each corner of the bed. I then slash those last 4 and get 16 spores back to plant a new batch. If nothing else, you never have to go far for your battery acid.

Hey Slip! I think you ought to breed some stalkers and release them a little ways from the hatch, then you could pretty effectively farm stalker teeth. Can't do it in an aquarium but your rabbit ray test proves they persist if you drop them outside.

You need to upgrade your Seamoth's pressure compensator to a MK3, so you can go deeper. Getting the torpedo system would be a good idea too. You may even want to try to build another Seamoth, and leave one in your base and another with the Cyclops, just to try out different upgrades.

The spotlights are used to search out aggressive fish, like stalkers, that are close to your base and follow them until they get out of range.

What you could do is put up a spot light on top of the observatory so at night it just kind of shines around so you can see. I did it before and it seems pretty cool.

Slips you can grow the hanging food plant in side! You missed our on that oh and you can grown Riggs inside the Brian too! It really helps when you are traveling!

You should try and put some flood lights on the plant bed areas, will look awesome at night, much better than spot lights. (Although spot lights focus on any creatures swimming near you base)

The way you organized the growbeds on the three platforms reminds me of the growspheres from ftb monster

If you're trying to scan the tiger plant, just swim in an orbit around it. It isn't smart enough to shoot at where you're going to be rather than where you are.

Hey Slip! If you want to plant food things in your base (Like the hanging fruit trees or marblemellons) you need to get something called the interior growbed- I think you can find it in a couple of places, but the only place I know for sure is on the island, up in one of the abandoned bases (the one with the observatory) in that observatory will be another hanging fruit tree and the interior growbed it's in can be scannable. The exterior growbeds also work on the island, as you've seen, to grow lots of hanging fruit and marblemellons, but the interior growbeds in the cyclops with hanging fruit is probably the best way to go. Love your stuff, keep up the awesome work!!!

You can farm in ciklops!!!

Hey Slip great that you are getting into farming. It allows you to make really nice looking areas. There are a bunch of plants in the aafe shallow, you can also hit a mushroom to get spores to plant. Try planting some of you rotten stuff from the Cyclops in pota inside your base, that way you have food.

If you want to, you can harvest acid mushrooms. Just make sure to remove ALL plants in the surrounding area because cutting into the mushroom with a knife causes them to melt everything around them with acid. Just leave one mushroom in the grow bed, harvest it, then place another adult mushroom in and repeat. WARNING: causes damage to player!

Yay gardening! I bet those fruit were what you needed to plant for the trees to grow, definitely worth going back to the floaty island to take a second look, and maybe you can visit that other mountain. I had noticed you went up the same mountain twice before.

Spotlights are cool when you place them on top of the base.

You should build the teraformer if you hate those plants going through your foundations. You can use it to dig out the rocks, not just the sand.

You can get indoor growbeds from the bases on the island, where the fruit tree is growing. Also you can get the hanging wall planters from wrecks of the Aurora by scanning them (they're not fragments, you scan actual planters)

slip to grow the fruit trees you have to be out of the water, so you can make plant pot on the Brian, or you can build up until you have foundations above the water line and then you can make a proper farm.

Slip, I have always considered myself a tidy person, everything has its place and it should be organized in a manner in which makes sense. You my friend have just pushed me over the edge to full blown OCD. I just spent the last 20 minutes screaming at my screen that you should put all of the same plants into the same planters so that when you want something you don't have to swim all over grabbing it. Then I spent another 5 minutes failing to try and convince myself that maybe it will look nice that way at least. But alas im back to screaming at my monitor about how the peas and mashed potatos should not be touching... Errr I mean plants... yes plants not mashed potatos. :)

Sl1p if you plant the purple veggy and the hanging fruit in the pots they turn into plants that do give u food. Also the interior plant bed is in the other wreck on the island that you missed. When you went to the island you went to 2 of the 3 wrecks and missed one

Just a suggestion but if you plant a hangfruit tree in the plant put it is pretty much an unlimmeted food and wather supply just in that one tree... and if you keep one in your Cyclops to you are always good to go

Regarding the indoor growbed. Took me a while to find it too, they don't say where it is on the Wiki. The interior growbed is on the huge dry land, floating island. You have to get to one of the peaks where there are the abandoned bases. There should be trails leading from the lower abandoned base up to each of the peaks.

Go back to the island you got the grow beds from. You missed a ruin on one of the peaks. That's where the interior grow bed is, as well as I believe the wall mounted flower pot. There may be another data pad there as well, idk for sure, it's been a while since I've played lol.
