You can use the Seamoth to go deeper than 225m; it's not a must to have the Cyclops... for that, you need to: 1) build a Moonpool 2) dock the Seamoth inside of it 3) build the Seamoth Mod. Station inside the Moonpool 4) build in the station as many Seamoth Pressure Compensators as you want (the deeper you want to go, the more compensators you'll need) 5) equip the modifications in the Seamoth while it's docked The moonpool will recharge your Seamoth's power cell as long as it has energy (like solar panels) Also, PLEASE use the Welder again on your Lifepod!!! And check the Comms thingy inside of it again!!! My OCD is screaming right now =\

Leviathans don't just appear around the aurora, they also appear at the mountains and dunes. They spawn fairly rarely though. Everywhere else is relatively safe, aside from the occasional shark and stalker.

Make a base with a aquarium for the monster eggs

now that you have them unlocked you really need to build a base, so you can build a moon pool and dock your seamoth, as well as many other useful things like storage and a water plant. with the seamoth upgrade station you can then get to greater depths where you will perhaps be more likely to find your diamonds and cyclops fragments.

Hey Slip, there are 3 parts to getting the cyclops. Cyclops Hull fragments, Cyclops Engine fragments and Cyclops Bridge fragments. Only then can you build it. Keep up the awesome work. Love your vidz.

Hi Sl1p! Love the vids. In case you still haven't found the last cyclops fragments, they usually lie on the ocean floor, below the underwater isles, or on the cliffs surrounding the edge of the underwater isles biome; i.e they might not be on the islets themselves.

You should upgrade your Seamoth now, since you can. Can't get "because we don't have the cyclopse!" no, no, you can't get because you haven't upgraded your seamoth.

Sl1p, you should really consider building a base soon. You can farm fish with the aquariums, grow fruit trees and vegetables with pots and plant beds, and you can also build the water filtration system which constantly gives you water and salt.

Sl1p, the ores come from different stones. Titanium and copper are in limestone, silver and gold are in sandstone, and diamonds and uranium and gold are in basalt. You can find basalt in the mountain regions that stick out of the ocean. You can also find the final cyclops fragments in the mountain area.

Normally being underwater is terrifying to me, but its a lot more fun watching Sl1p do it. ;)

Sl1p idk if you know this, but your life pod is broken and doesn't create power that quickly. It won't harm you for now, but you won't be able to craft a lot at a time. Just use the welder on the metal cover that is sparking.

Two batteries makes lead which lets you make the rad suit. The habitat builder will let you make more storage. I love the play through and you rock sl1p, keep doing a great job!

Hey Sl1ipg8r, enjoy your videos, love the "Nailed it, Aced it, Can't be stopped" Diamonds are found at depths of 200m or deeper, but some where near the floater island, there is another island that is not a floater that you can beach on and it has those sand crab things on it and it's where the birds generate from, but be careful it's also a spawn point of reapers, but, once you reach the island and search a few of the limestone/sandstone crops you find on the island, you will gather a few diamonds as well as gold and uranium

hey +Sl1pg8r if you build a base with a moon pool you can charge the seamoth and build a seamoth mod station. You can then mod the seamoth to reach deeper depths with the pressurized hull mod, and add other cool stuff.

Those mushroom trees give you fungus samples that you need to run a bio reactor (along with kelp samples) to make electricity without sunlight. Just cut the disks off with your knife. Also - I once escaped from a hostile bone shark by quickly burrowing into the sand so that he couldn't reach me, but he certainly tried.

Hey slip when you build your base you can upgrade your seamoth to go deeper with the moonpool. Also copper and titanium are found in limestone and silver ore and gold are found in sandstone. You can also find some cyclop parts near the arora.

Slip if you make a base and make the large aquarium and place the egg in it (see what happens after three days in game) and if you place two fish that are living then you have no need to catch wild fish they breed but I think you do two different aquarium for but if you leave the egg out to long they hatch but they attack you

Slip collect all eggs they are super useful in the future, and you will love what you get out of it. You should also scan them so you know what egg is from what creature. It is possible to get a reaper leviathan egg. Then you can have a baby one that won't hurt you, I think.

Awesome thought here, what if those creature eggs were wildlife that you could "tame" or imprint on and use them for your own? Could you imagine if you found a leviathan egg and raised it to be your own and conquer the seas!

I watched the last episode and the last Forest vid at my bf's house, and I was playing How to Train your Dragon 2 on the Xbox.... and when you freaked out I looked over just in time to see the leviathan. kinda crazy. Also fun fact, the leviathan episode from last season is the only Subnautica vid I watched before this season... purely because the thumnail looked cool. :P one of these days I'll have a Subnautica season 1 and 2 marathon.

Build one room below life pod, although it wouldn't have power unless you get solar panel or generator. You could still place some storage there. And yeah, some kind of map/sea mapping device would be really cool!

Recommend you build a single room base with the water system installed as an interim base ; that and the stillsuit should solve all the water production issues

Slip, If you repair the pod and the noise from the communication array goes off it means there is a message, So check it out.

Use the welder on your lifepod and read the messages in the box with the red light. That's what was causing the beeping noise in the 2nd episode

Slip, you need to make the habitat builder so you can start creating your new base. BTW you don't have to make foundations; it's just a waste of resources.

Also, I kinda feel like you've become complacent about your stance on radiation, I still think it's BAD, but the way you let it hang out near your stuff 'n things now makes me wonder.... slip please build your base in the purple cave with the lava vent its really spacious you can drive your seamoth in and out so easy its deep enough outside you can have your cyclops parked right outside and if you want can build a cyclops docking bay coming out of the cave
