You have to watch Dreamcatcher performing live to appreciate just how good they really are. When Yoohyeon sings that last line of Heart Of Sunflower, You can see the pain in her eyes and hear it in her voice. Then the last word you were expecting isn't there. The song just stops, and it feels like your heart just skipped a beat. Nobody can put painful emotion into their voice Like Yoohyeon. It speaks of deep hurt in her life which if you know, you know.

Heart of Sunflower is such an emotional ballad, and yes, Dreamcatcher Live Clips are definitely worth checking out.

A heart of sunflower can be like a song dedicated to fans , like we know fans come and go to much more new idols or stuff and idols cant do anything about it, like they're hoping maybe someday those fans they had and saw before will eventually show up again for them

Heart of sunflower is a lot of people's favorite dreamcatcher ballad. The instrumentals are so good, the vocals are so good, and the emotions they manage to convey with their voices in this song... It's hard not to be impacted no matter how many times I hear it

I saw Purple Kiss in concert last night in Toronto, ON! They we're absolutely AMAZING!! The venue kind of sucked, but they rocked the stage and had everyone jumping and screaming. It was a great experience and I hope to get to go see them again someday!

Ahhh I'm so glad you got to check this out I love autopilot so much it blew me away when I first heard it and that outro is one of my favorite things in any song, Swan's voice at the end AHH it's so good. And yes they're definitely slept on I wish more people listened to them,I think the song you were thinking about was Ponzona maybe? Omg I'm so glad you checked out the lyrics I was actually torn between picking a lyrics video or the performance, I forgot I could've picked both oops haha. I was in tears the first time I read the lyrics it hit so close and it was so beautiful and the VOCALS from everyone. Especially that part from Yoohyeon at 24:48 I don't know what it is about that part but I would be listening to this song while driving or walking and this part would happen and suddenly there's tears in my eyes LOL Even watching your reaction and reading the lyrics along with you I started tearing up and then became a mess with the live perfomance LOL I swear this is the one song that will make me cry no matter what. Unfortunately, it looks like they've not been doing well their last few comebacks, which is a shame. They're an extremely talented group and their music is really good. I saw that they might be opening for Dreamcatcher at a concert in Istanbul (I think is where it was) in the next few months. It's unusual to see opening acts in K-Pop but I hope any DC fans who don't know Purple Kiss will walk away with an appreciation for them and decide to check out their music. I've heard most of their discography and Autopilot is one of my favorite songs of theirs. A Heart of Sunflower is from their Sumer Holiday special mini album and is paired with the title track BEcause. It's definitely one of their more emotional ballads and always manages to hit me in the feels. They always convey so much vulnerability and emotion in their vocals and as you saw, they can do it live as well. I saw an interpretation of the song that I really liked and given how Dreamcatcher never really sing "normal" love songs it makes sense. Essentially the song is about them and their fans and how sometimes fans will stop supporting them and will disappear. They'll notice they're not around anymore and will wonder what happened to them. Did they get sick? Are they okay? They'll hang onto those good memories they had together because those memories are special to them, and they hope that one day they'll come back. I 100% agree with what you said about people putting Dreamcatcher in a box. I'm always encouraging people to check out their albums because they're so incredibly versatile and everything they put out is immaculately done. I also think this is the first live clip you've reacted to. They're something else live. I'd love to see you start up your DC journey again. If you decide to do it, the title tracks you've not reacted to yet are just Vision and Bonvoyage I believe and the one album you checked out was Apocalypse: Save Us with the title track Maison. As for where to start, go back to the beginning with their first two single albums. Nightmare and Nightmare: Fall Asleep in the Mirror. You've seen both title tracks (if you want to include them you could do dance practices or live performances) but there's an Intro and Ballad (both have special clips with subtitles) on each album you can check out. Then you can just work your way forward from there. Alternatively, they just announced their follow up to OOTD for July 10th. The new EP is called Virtuous, and the title track is called Justice. This is the second and final part of the VersuS Duology and they're in the middle of dropping comeback teasers right now so you could start back when the new EP drops. Either way, I hope you do decide to resume your deep dive, I know myself and others would love to see your reactions.

I've never really been a ballad fan. There's nothing wrong with them, they never really grabbed me. I just find them to be, for lack of a better word, a little boring. With that being said, Dreamcatcher ballads are an entirely different story. They hit different. While I'll be waiting for other ballads to end I find myself disappointed when a DC ballad ends. I don't know what kind of magic they weave into their songs but, please, keep it up.
