I had a injury from a motorcycle accident in 03 and I experienced a double fracture talus dislocation then twisted it 360deg but 7 surgeries later Dr. Amendola was able to make it so I could walk again

Thank you! My subtalar joint has been stiff lately and hard to put my ankle into flexion. I think it was caused from running a few weeks ago. I've been massaging it and using heat to try and loosen up the muscles and tendons. I've also been stretching and using a little traction via pulling out on the foot.

@@charanarjun4193 It's healed now. I think it was from using the incline on the treadmill. I have super weak arches too.

I was admitted for closed reduction of my subtalar joint, as it showed in the Xray and CT scan that it’s dislocated after I had a fall.. After the procedure, the doc told me that my subtalar joint didn’t require reduction as it wasn’t dislocated, but it’s very hyper mobile and i also hav a bad ligament tear.. and they put me on the POP , non weight bearing.. What is the prognosis of this hyper mobile subtalar joint with ligament injury? I hav an X-ray after 2 weeks …
