Let me just suggest a few things since I am in the trade. You should always vacuum the system to ensure no moisture, and when charging the system you need to flip the tank upside down and charge as a liquid not a vapor which is marked on the tank

Decent video I'd really recommend using nitrogen and getting a vacuum pump rather than sweep charging

What number tip do you use on the torch?

The compressor for my Subzero Freezer was recently replaced. The Tech made a comment that he was putting in a larger compressor than what I had... ( "had in his truck). Ever since he replaced it, many times when it kicks on, the power in my house flashes and dims.. ... Very annoying because I also lose my internet/tv when the power surges in the house. Should he have put in a larger compressor than what was there from the factory? This power disturbance in my house started about the same time as he did the repair a few weeks ago.

Does it matter what size filter dryer you use? Also, I have heard that it is a good idea to add a 2nd filter dryer to the same line. If so, where would you install that and how.

650 subzero, had a leak(freezer) at the loop for the condensat pan underneath the whole fridge,I brazed the worn spot,pulled vac on process port,added 6oz of r134a gas not liguid thru process port..compressor draws Lra at 12 and overload pops....reclaimed some gas and it starts and runs with supco 3in1 ....any thoughts

I have a 650 and I have “ vacuum condenser “ flashing on display in fridge. IV cleaned condenser well , also fan never shuts off , runs all the time . Fridge stays cold as well as freezer. Help !

I need to add refrigerant (R134a) to the freezer compressor but can’t identify the suction line to connect the gage. Obviously the short line coming out of the compressor, with a valve and a label that reads “R134a only”, isn’t it. Is the suction line the one that comes out of the compressor and leads to the filter drier?
