We need people like her in all our high offices. She is wealthy, but her son has earned a Ph.D. not bought an honorary one. She remembers her past and does not discriminate on the basis of religion, language and caste. Yet she is rooted in her own traditions. And what she said makes total sense.

I understand that Cervical Cancer is more prevalent in HPV infected girls and women. So the Health Ministry can initially focus on such patients and also geographical area where it is most common. Targeting Vaccination of entire girl population may not be required at least initially.
