We are proud to present this short video of our inspirational founder, Sue Coppard, seen here at the special gathering for the 50th Anniversary of the first ever WWOOF, which had taken place in Forest Row, East Sussex back in 1971.
WWOOF's 50th 'birthday gathering' was held at WWOOF UK host Longview Farm when Sue was in her 85th year. A group consisting of WWOOFers, Hosts, Trustees past and present had travelled to celebrate at the 8 acre permaculture smallholding to share stories around the fire, where Sue entertained us with her excellent accordion playing into the night!

Choose the situation that best suits your interests and passions, we have organic farms, smallholdings, intentional communities, Scottish crofts, country estates and even a castle.
