Kicked out my mums house, lost my job, ticket on my car, no money, no place to go, full time in college, I’m going to edit this comment in 6 months. My life will be different. Edit: 3 months in, all problems resolved. Living by myself, 4 - 0 mma record within the time I was going through this suffering and constant struggle. Got my own place and I’m still looking for struggle, where’s there’s struggle your forced through all the shit and the piss through to glory and success. I had this realisation at one point where I had to change, life or death moment, float or drown. That’s what made me the man you see before you today. Don’t quit, don’t fucking quit. I channeled all my emotions into work, mma training and through that I found myself. No one is doing what im Doing at the moment. I found my self through this 4 months of shit and piss. Cutting 6.5 lbs in 2 days for wrestling (128.5==>122), that the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. I wanted to quit so bad, I wanted water and food but once I stepped on the scale and made weight I had never felt more acomplished. Wrestling changed me and I pushed past my limits so many times, and I'm so thankful for that. Wrestle hard and work hard. Have a great day yall

Im 12. I play baseball, I was on the cross country team for my school. I also play football. I broke my hand playing baseball and needed a cast. I couldn't work out or exercise. As soon as I got my cast off I worked out so hard my arms cramped up every second. Did 150 calf raises plus some other excersizes. I could feel blood warming up my muscles. It feels great.

I'm 30 got no friends, no gf, and still live at home due to very bad financial choises. Been going from one job to the next one the past 9 years and finally got a job now where I feel decent. Last 9 years were hell, I got fat from stress, gave in to lust and hated myself. Now with my current job I made myself accept it and I feel less stress and even started working out toghether with my brother and I'm changing myself, I've had enough of being the old me. Turned more to Christ and gave myself some rules to follow, pray daily, workout 6 days a week (split), count calories, be thankfull for every day etc... Still not completly out off hell but crawling my way out slowly.

I need this I definitely feel that I am alone in this world. My parents wouldn't give me the time of day most of my childhood and adult years. My friends just ghosted me after high school, family are very distant from me barely even talk to me. Whenever I try to do something and tell it to my parents or family they say “okay sure” like they don’t believe it and it destroys me makes me feel unsure, after years of this I’m unsure of myself, so I find it difficult to be disciplined and confident.

I understand man. I’m in that position as well with trying to become more disciplined and I came from the same situation as you. Feeling left out and not having the right role models in my life. I love you enough to tell you that Jesus is always here for us brother. I found so much peace in Him and it’s the best decision I’ve made my entire life. I’m still in high school and I struggle a lot as well. My mental hasn’t been where I want it to be and my relationship with God has been pretty rough. I know that putting my faith in Christ will lead me to the light because He is the light and life. Not here to force anything onto you, but to share my experience as someone who was raised in an abusive household mentally and physically. Raised up in a environment where violence and drugs are everywhere. Lots of trauma, stress, fear, anxiety, doubt, hatred, and much more that built up until I gave my life to Christ. It’s on you to make that decision to follow Him or not. I would love for you to because it’ll bring you what you’ve been searching for and you’ll feel more relieved. It's literally just having realistic goals and not giving up. Just baby step by baby step, and always getting back on the horse, no matter what. Doesn't matter if it takes you 10 days or 10 years, and I mean that. Even if it takes you literal decades, if you know you're on the right path for you, you just keep going and it will pay off.

There was nothing but tribal warfare death suffering and sickness. There was no harmonious society, thats a lie. Because humans are parasites built to suck resources and destroy each other to get more resources.
